What is a render?
One render = one After Effects composition exported through our cloud. Multi-comp projects count as one render.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you get the difference prorated. When downgrading, the new plan starts at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my render limit?
You'll be notified when you're close to your limit. Once reached, you can upgrade your plan or wait for the monthly reset.
Do unused renders carry over?
No. Render quotas reset on the 1st of each month. We recommend choosing the plan that fits your average monthly usage.
What plugins are supported?
We support most popular After Effects plugins. Our system auto-detects required plugins from your project and installs them before rendering.
Is my project data safe?
Yes. Files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Project files are automatically deleted after your retention period.
